In the second half of Romans 5, Paul is basically building a contrast between Adam and Christ – between Adam, sin and death … and Christ, obedience and life. We’ll see that Christ’s obedience is greater than Adam’s disobedience. God’s grace in Christ is more than enough to cope with the corrupting effects of Adam’s sin.
