Women
Here at The Fields, our primary means of discipleship, fellowship, family building and leadership development happens by way of our Community Groups. We encourage the wives of our CG leaders to lead the women of their group in reading books, praying together outside of the Community Group, having organic get-togethers for fellowship, etc. Studies often form on a short-term or seasonal basis, sometimes even with the women of a couple of nearby groups joining together.
